'A Map of the Island and A Plan of the Settlement of Tobago in the West Indies Humbly Dedicated to all the Proprietors and Friends of this very respectable and flourishing Colony. MDCCLXXIII.' The map shows properties numbered within divisions and soundings. Title in floral cartouche. Scale: about 1 inch to 1 mile. Compass star.
