4 items extracted from CO 48/365 (ff 473-476). 4 charts of parts of Cape Province, South Africa. (1) Honde Klip Bay. Scale: 6 inches to about 500 yards. Compass indicator. (2) Robbe Bay. Scale: 1 inch to about 125 yards. Compass indicator. (3) Roode Wall Bay. Scale: 6 inches to about 500 yards. Compass indicator. (4) MacDougall's Harbour. Scale: 1 inch to about 110 yards. Compass indicator. (1)-(3) are copies made in 1855 by Thomas Budden, CE and Deputy Assistant Surveyor General, of originals made in 1854 by Commander Nolloth, HMS Frolic. (4) is by Commander Nolloth. Dimensions: (1) 64 cm x 72 cm; (2) 71 cm x 60 cm; (3) 67 cm x 58 cm; (4) 56 cm x 46 cm.
