(1) Map of the country between St Helena Bay and the Cape of Good Hope (now in Cape Province, South Africa) showing place names, rivers, tracks and line of proposed railway between Wellington, Cape Town and Wynberg. Scale: about 3 inches to 10 miles. Compass indicator. (2) Map of area between Wellington, Wynberg and Cape Town (now in Cape Province, South Africa), showing a hard road between Cape Town and Somerset West and beyond the line of the railway suggested by the Civil Engineer of the Cape of Good Hope. An enlarged map of part of the area covered by (1). No scale shown. Dimensions: (1) 51 cm x 74 cm; (2) 76 cm x 75 cm.
