(1) Survey of the Suburban allotment of Henry S Hurst and some of the land adjoining formerly belonging to the estate of Mr Birch. Scale: 1 inch to 2 chains. [By] J E Calder. (2) Plan of lands in Hobart, with each lot showing the name of the purchaser. No scale shown. Dimensions of sheets: (1) 36.2 cm x 49.5 cm; (2) 30.5 cm x 38.1 cm.
