ORDER THIS PIECE AS MPG 1/604. 1 item (enclosure to despatch of 6 September 1870) extracted from CO 48/451. South Africa. Map showing distribution and numbers of native population in Cape Colony (Western and Eastern Provinces), Natal, 'FreeState' [Orange Free State], Zululand, British Basutoland, 'Kaffirland Proper', 'Transkeian Territory', and parts of the Transvaal republic and Kalahari Desert. The map marks the positions of diamond fields. Scale: 1 inch to about 60 miles.
