2 items extracted from CO 179/10. Natal. Sketches of certain farms situated at the Mooi River inspected in May 1849 in the presence of the fieldcornet. Showing Land Commission lands. (1) Area E marked on MPG 1/164. (2) Area F marked on MPG 1/164. Compass indicators. Signed by Thomas Okes, government surveyor. Copied by Joseph Cooke, sworn surveyor. Dimensions of sheets: (1) 32 cm x 37 cm; (2) 37 cm x 52 cm. The sketches originally accompanied the report of the inspection, which was held under a proclamation of 1848.
