1 item extracted from CO 188/90 (315). New Brunswick. Plan of the first tract in a grant of land to the Reverend Dr James Alley in St James, Charlotte County. Showing neighbouring numbered grants and proprietors, with acreage. The plan illustrates a deficiency of 104 acres in Dr Alley's grant. Scale: 1 inch to 12.5 chains. Compass indicator. A true copy from the survey by William Mahood, DS, 1841. Received 14 April 1845.
