Fairfax Civil Engr., under the direction of Major J. D. Graham, Corps of Topographical Engineers...March 1843. W. J. Stone Sc. Wash. Printed by order of the Senate of the United States on March 3rd 1843'. Inset showing Rouse's Point and its vicinity on Lake Champlain showing site of proposed fortifications. Scale: 1 inch to about 16 miles, inset 1 inch to 2,815 feet. In ink, at top of map, 'Plan No. 3 to accompany the Report dated 20th July 1848 of Her Majesty's Commissioners', and signed by the Commissioners, Major Robinson and Captain Henderson.
