'The Chequered Plan for a Township of nine Miles in Front by 12 Miles in depth supposed to be situated on a River or Lake, laid out into Farm Lots of about 200 Acres each... shewing in what manner two sevenths of the Land may be reserved for the Government & Clergy ...'. Scale: 1 inch to 1 mile. D W Smith, Acting Surveyor General.
