'A Plan of part of the District of Hesse [now Essex and Kent counties]... delineated from Actual Surveys made in the years 1789 & 1790 by Patrick McNiff Dep y Survey r'. Showing place names, proprietors, notes on country, with remarks on land and settlements. Also showing part of the Michigan Shore, with the boundary of the King's Domain at Detroit on 8 March 1777 and subsequent encroachments. Compass indicator.
