'Plan of a Town and Township of Nine Miles front by Twelve Miles in depth proposed to be situated on a River or Lake Agreeable to the Tenth Article of the Rules and Regulations for the Conduct of the Land Office Department of 17th February 1789. By order of His Excellency, The Right Honorable Lord Dorchester'. Scale: 1 inch to a mile.
