Smith, G.C.B., January 1848'. Showing proprietors, named buildings and streets, fort, proposed barracks, town lots. Reference table to government, military and other lands; town lots with names and occupations of tenants. Scale: 1 inch to 240 feet. Compass indicator. Drawn by J Murdoch, Private, RS&M. Signed by W Ker, clerk of works, and M Dill, Capt RE, 7 December 1848. Copied by G Goodham.
