1 item (enclosure to Governor Tryon's letter of 10 December 1771) extracted from CO 5/1103 (ff 9,10). North America. 'Part of the Latitude 45, Boundary Line between the Provinces of New York and Quebec for His Excellency William Tryon, Esq., Governor of New York.... by Joseph Smith. Copy by C. J. Sauthier, 1771'. The boundary line extends from the borders of New York eastwards for a distance of about 24 miles. Compass stars. Title in rococo cartouche.
