1 item (originally enclosed with letter to the Colonial Office from T H Sanderson, Secretary, Foreign Office, 28 December 1892) extracted from CO 273/184. 'Sketch map shewing Perak territory [now in the Federation of Malaysia] annexed by [R]aja Tek Nai of Raman to accompany acting residents report. March 1892'. Reference table. Scale: 1 inch to 4 miles. Based on information supplied by Messrs F Caulfield, J Macarthy, C F Bozzard, H Berkeley and others; compiled by G Lefay, Chief Surveyor, Perak. Signed: G Lefray, Taiping, 6 April 1892. This map had been left at the Foreign Office by the Siamese minister, who described the boundary between Perak and Siam (now Thailand) as being inaccurately marked.
