Sketch map of Natal shewing the aboriginal tribes and the lands occupied by them previous to 1812; at which date their disturbance by the Chief Chaka commenced'. MS, coloured, on tracing cloth. (2) 'No. 2. Sketch Map of Natal': showing rivers, principal towns and the positions of native peoples. MS, coloured, on linen. (3) Copy of (1). Lithographed. (4) Copy of (2). Lithographed, coloured. Reference tables to native peoples. Scale: 1 inch to 6 miles. (3)-(4) lithographed by Edward Weller, Red Lion Square. Dimensions: (1) 104 cm x 77 cm; (2) 104 cm x 78 cm; (3)-(4) each 100 cm x 68 cm. (1) and (2) originally enclosures number 3 and 4 in Lieutenant Governor Scott's despatch number 12, 26 February 1864.
