2 items extracted from FO 102/168. Tunisia. 2 sketch maps. (1) 'Carte de Parcours de la tribu de Benizid inclue dans le délimitation du 21 Décembre 1885': showing land occupied by the Benizid tribe. Scale: 1 inch to 3.18 miles. Compass indicator. (2) 'Sketch map showing roads completed or projected in the Regency of Tunis'. Reference table. Scale: 1 inch to about 16 miles (calculated). Dimensions: (1) 44 cm x 61 cm; (2) 27 cm x 37 cm. Both items originally accompanied despatches from Consul Sandwith: (1) enclosure number 1 to despatch number 10, 14 June 1886; (2) enclosure number 2 to despatch number 11, 21 June 1886.
