Description

12 items (originally accompanying a Foreign Office file, 6 October 1932) extracted from FO 371/16046. Middle East. 'Carte de la Frontière Turko-Irannienne': 4 copies each of 3 sheets of a multiple-sheet map, showing the boundary between Turkey and Iraq: (1-4) sheet 2 'Haizil'; (5-8) sheet 4 'Arouch and Achouta'; (9-12) sheet 8 'Govannda'. Reference tables to boundaries and towns. Drawn at the War Office; heliographed by the Ordnance Survey; printed and published by the War Office, 1930. Dimensions: (1-4) 43 cm x 59 cm; (5-8) 55 cm x 45 cm; (9-12) 65 cm x 46 cm.
