Drawn by A P Shevelev, Lt Col of the [Russian] General Staff. Lithographed by Emcheninov, St Petersburg, 1864. Printed by A Stepanov. Passed by the censor at St Petersburg on 5 August 1864. A pencilled note states that the map was issued as supplement to the Regulations for Military Districts [issued on 6/18 August 1864].
