'Map of Europe on which have been laid down the telegraph lines of the Turkish Empire... and the present state of the communications between India and the European system from a plan by Lieut. Col. Biddulph R.A. Dated 15 th Feb y. 1860'. Reference table. Additional notes by Lt Col Biddulph. No scale shown. Insets: 'Sketch shewing telegraph lines between India and Europe'; 'Chart of the N.
