'A Map Showing the Murman Coast and the Boundaries of Norway, Finland and Russia', drawn to illustrate Russia's intention to establish a commercial and military harbour on the western Murman coast. No scale shown. Drawn by Walter R. Hearn, British Vice-Consul.
