1 item extracted from CP 43/792 rot 84. Enclosure map of Halam and Edingley (parishes), Nottinghamshire. Map to accompany enclosure award of 21 March 1781 pursuant to Act 17 Geo III, c cxvii. Map covers the whole parish / township (2381.512 acres) and shows the land after enclosure. Also shows lakes or ponds, woods, pre-enclosure field acreages, post-enclosure field acreages, footpaths or bridleways, church (with spire), parish boundary, field boundary ownership, named landowners and enclosure allottees, land tenure and exchange information. There is also a 'Ground Plan of the House belonging to Jno. Lund and Wm. Leeson, at Halam on No. 160, the red Dots shew [show] the Division'. Includes cartouche showing circular grey leaves. With border and compass star. Scale bar beneath dividers: 1 inch to 8 chains. By W Attenburrow, 1779. Signed by George Smith and Geo [George] Helk
