(2) Map, in 4 sheets joined, of Singapore showing waterways, swamps, roads, bridges and railways. Insets show (i) Pulau Pawai and Pulau Senang; and (ii) Pulau Tekong. Reference tables. Index to bridges over the Singapore River. Scale: 1 inch to 0.5 mile. Printed at the Central Survey Office, K[uala] L[umpur]. Annotated 'Surveyed on a Scale of 4 Inches to a mile. This map has been produced by Photographic Reproduction direct from the Field Sheets'. Coloured, MS additions show the location of observation posts and battery positions photographed during coast defence reconnaissance, June to August 1923, at Johore Hill and Point. (1) Part of another copy of the same map, showing an area south west of Singapore town. A further copy of part of the map, showing an area around Tanjong Karang, remains in WO 32/3622.
