1 item, numbered (14), extracted from ADM 199/341. Java and Madura (both now part of Indonesia). HIND 1046: 4 sheets - 11 'Soerabaja', 12 'Pamekasan', 16 'Pasoeroean' and 17 'Bondewoso' - joined, showing roads, places by size, airfields and contours. Geodetic data and a list of sources are also given. Reference tables and sheet indexes. Scale: polyconic projection. Prepared under the direction of the Chief of Engineers, US Army, by the Army Map Service, Louisville Unit, 1943. Printed at the Survey of India Offices 1943. Reprinted October 1944. This map appears to have been used in the planning of Operation Transom, the bombardment of Sourabaya, May 1944.
