Subject: Martha Harford having contracted to marry Richard Wigmore esq, some disliking grew between them and they agreed to break the contract; Martha claimed a debt of £300 due from Richard Aburforde, but this was a gift; litigated in Chancery and perjury committed in the taking of depositions in Herefordshire.
