Plaintiffs: John Aberforde (or Abburforde), gent, administrator of his brother Richard Aburforde, deceased.
Defendants: Martha Harford, widow of Richard Harford.
Subject: Martha Harford having contracted to marry Richard Wigmore esq, some disliking grew between them and they agreed to break the contract; Martha claimed a debt of £300 due from Richard Aburforde, but this was a gift; litigated in Chancery and perjury committed in the taking of depositions in Herefordshire.
