Description

Westacre Priory, Norf: deposition by prior William Wingfield and convent that they sold lands to Charles Wingfield on 9 Dec 1537, on his declaration that it was the king's wish that they should do so, on condition that the sale would be void if it was against the king's will: endorsed A testimonial from the prior and convent for the disproving of Wingfield's bargain
