Map showing a proposed new road from Bell Yard and Carey Street (now in the London Borough of Westminster) to Fetter Lane, showing street names, buildings and the boundary of the Rolls Estate; with a section showing the existing ground level. Map and section to the horizontal scale: 1 inch to 45 feet; section to the vertical scale: 2 inches to 45 feet. Compass star. Signed by James Pennethorne, 10 November 1863.
