Two sheets of tracings showing proposed alterations to numbers 246-248 Regent Street: (1) south-facing section, showing new doors; (2) first floor plan, showing a new staircase, two ground floor plans showing the existing buildings and the alterations, and an elevation showing the facades on Regent Street and Little Argyll Street. Scale: 1 inch to 8 feet. [By] D Mocatta, architect, Old Broad Street, January 1853. With a covering letter sent to James Pennethorne from David Mocatta, bearing two 'penny red' stamps.
