Enclosure award and map of Cottam (township in the parish of Langtoft), East Riding of Yorkshire. Map covers the whole parish / township (2585.881 acres) and shows the land after enclosure. Also shows woods, grassland, arable land, field names, post-enclosure field acreages, named roads, road widths, named buildings, quarry, field boundary ownership, some named landowners, named enclosure allottees. Road acreages have been struck through. With border. Scale: 1 inch to 3 chains. By L B Earnshaw, Hessle, 1 May 1843. Map certified for accuracy, 21 October 1851. Valuer: Henry Scott, Oulston, Coxwold, North Riding of Yorkshire, Land Surveyor
