Enclosure award and map of Epsom (parish), Surrey. Map covers the enclosed area only (535 acres) and shows the land after enclosure. Also shows uncultivated ground, footpaths or bridleways, stopped-up paths, named turnpike roads, fence lengths, named inn, some named buildings, named railway (with station), pit or quarry, field boundary ownership, some named landowners. A note on the face of the map refers to an altered allotment, by an order of 1872. With border. Scale: 1 inch to 3 chains. By [?William D'oyley], Loughton, Essex, September 1868. Map certified for accuracy, 17 November 1869. Valuer: William D'oyley, Loughton, Essex, Land Surveyor
