Map on two sheets covering the enclosed area only (280 acres) and showing the land after enclosure. Also shows named lakes or ponds, river (with direction of flow), woods, oak tree, recreation grounds, footpaths or bridleways, turnpike roads, roads (some named), public promenade, pound, railway, stones, field boundary ownership, some named landowners, relief (shown by hachures). With border. Scale: 1 inch to 3 chains. Construction lines shown. Map certified for accuracy, 26 July 1860. Valuer: Richard Wakeford Attree, Ruabon, Denbighshire, Land Surveyor.
