Enclosure award and map of Steep (parish), Hampshire. Map on four sheets covering the enclosed area only (131 acres) and showing the land after enclosure. Also shows lakes or ponds, stiles, footpaths or bridleways, roads (some named), buildings, named buildings, sand pit, field boundary ownership, some named landowners. Includes a map with enlarged details drawn into a supplementary award. With border. Scale: 1 inch to 3 chains. By R W Attree, Surveyor and Valuer, No 8 Canon Row, Westminster, 1857. Map certified for accuracy, 13 September 1866. Valuer: Richard Wakeford Attree, St Margarets, Westminster, Middlesex, Land Surveyor. Dimensions of maps: 40 cm x 53 cm, 46 cm x 111 cm, 40 cm x 111 cm, 41 cm x 111 cm
