Also shows named gates, old bank, notable tree (pictorial), field boundary ownership, some named landowners. With border. Scale: 1 inch to 4 chains. Construction lines shown. By [?William Summers], [1849]. Map certified for accuracy, 11 October 1850. Valuer: William Summers, Broadway, Somerset, Land Surveyor. Dimensions of maps: 83 cm x 161 cm, 151 cm x 132 cm
