Enclosure award and map of Westwell-Leacon (in the parish of Westwell and Charing), Kent. Map covers the enclosed area only (96.425 acres) and shows the land after enclosure. Also shows lakes or ponds, post-enclosure field acreages, encroachments, gates, footpaths or bridleways, named roads, road widths, houses and uninhabited buildings (distinguished by colour), parish boundary, field boundary ownership, some named landowners, named enclosure allottees. With border. Scale: 1 inch to 3 chains. By T Thurston, Ashford, 1849. Map certified for accuracy, 11 September 1851. Valuer: Walter Murton, Ashford, Kent, Land Surveyor
