Description

Enclosure award and map of Bromsberrow Heath (in the parish of Dymock), Gloucestershire. Map covers the enclosed area only (10 acres) and shows the land after enclosure. Also shows pre-enclosure field acreages, fences or walls, field gates, footpaths or bridleways, turnpike roads, houses and uninhabited buildings (distinguished by colour), school, Blue Bell [public house?], parish boundary, boundary stones and trees (types given), field boundary ownership. Scale: 1 inch to 2 chains. Construction lines shown. Map certified for accuracy, 20 December 1866. Valuer: William Fosbrooke, St Nicholas, Hereford, Land Surveyor
