Enclosure award and map of Bitton, Gloucestershire. Map on three sheets covering the enclosed area only (254 acres) and showing the land before and after enclosure. Also shows canal (with locks), named river (with direction of flow, waterfall and weir), ferry, woods, orchards, footpaths or bridleways, named turnpike roads, named inn, [?]water mill, posts and other marks, hamlet boundary, boundary stones, some named landowners, relief (shown by hill-shading). Scale: 1 inch to 2 chains. Construction lines shown. Map certified for accuracy, 4 May 1865. Dimensions of maps: 52 cm x 164 cm, 49 cm x 129 cm, 52 cm x 80 cm
