Also shows lakes or ponds, wells, woods, field names, houses and uninhabited buildings (distinguished by colour), named buildings, pest house, sale lots, field boundary ownership, some named landowners. Scale: 1 inch to 3 chains. Map certified for accuracy, 13 July 1865. Valuer: John Green Fenn, Ardleigh, Essex, Land Surveyor
