Map covers the enclosed area only (76 acres) and shows the land after enclosure. Also shows named commons, hedges, gates, roads (some named), field boundary ownership. With border. Scale: 1 inch to 3 chains. Construction lines shown. By George Chapman, 23 New Street, Spring Gardens, S.W., Valuer, 1862. Map certified for accuracy, 28 January 1864.
