Enclosure award and map of Stourpaine and Ash (manors in the parish of Stourpaine), Dorset. Map covers the enclosed area and some other land (1530 acres) and shows the land after enclosure. Also shows lakes or ponds, ford, woods, named commons, grassland, arable land, footpaths or bridleways, named turnpike roads, road widths, houses and uninhabited buildings (distinguished by colour), chalk pit, land use by banding. With border. Scale: 1 inch to 3 chains. By Poole and Newman, Sherborne, 1856. Map certified for accuracy, 29 March 1860. Valuer: James Poole, Sherborne, Dorset, Land Surveyor
