Enclosure award and map of Shrewsborough Castle Common [High Bray, Shoulsbarrow Common] (in the parish of Highbray and Challacombe), Devon. Map covers the enclosed area only (173 acres) and shows the land after enclosure. Also shows spring, private watercourses, named buildings, parish boundary, field boundary ownership. Scale: 1 inch to 3 chains. Construction lines shown, with chainages. By George Brown, Barnstaple, October 1870. Map certified for accuracy, 2 May 1872. Valuer: George Brown, Pilton, Devon, Land Surveyor
