Enclosure map of Ruthin (manor or lordship in the parishes of Llanfair Duffryn Clwyd, Llanelidan, Derwen, Efenechtyd, Clocaenog and Gyffylliog), Denbighshire. Map on six sheets, covering the enclosed area only (5606 acres) and showing the land before and after enclosure. Also shows named lakes or ponds, wells, woods, footpaths or bridleways, old turnpike roads, stopped-up roads, named buildings, quarry, parish boundary, some named landowners, some named enclosure allottees, relief (shown by rock drawing and hachures). Industrial land-use: limekiln, shaft, mine works. With border. Scale: 1 inch to 3 chains. Construction lines shown. By Samuel Cartwright, 1853. Map certified for accuracy, 20 August 1861.
