Map on two sheets covering the enclosed area only (500 acres) and showing the land before and after enclosure. Also shows watering places, public washpool, ford, footpaths or bridleways, named railway, quarry, smithy, [?]water mill, gardens, recreation grounds, meerstones [merestones], field boundary ownership, relief (shown by hachures). Residual industrial land-use: old limekiln. With border. One map is 'Traced from M.S. plans of the Ordnance Survey of Cumberland. Duncan A. Johnston, Major R.E.
