Enclosure award and map of Thingwall (township in the parish of Woodchurch), Cheshire. Map covers the enclosed area only (25 acres) and shows the land after enclosure. Also shows lakes or ponds, watering place, well, footpaths or bridleways, named inn, quarry, named windmill, boundary stones, field boundary ownership. With border. Scale: 1 inch to 2 chains. Construction lines shown. Map certified for accuracy, 5 August 1868. Valuer: John Whalley, Great Mollington, Backford, Cheshire, Land Surveyor
