France: Paris: plans and drawings of the Palais du Louvre. (1) 'Plan Général du Vieux Louvre ... Rez de Chaussée'; (2) 'Plan Général du Vieux Louvre ... Rez de Chaussée', with 'Réunion du Louvre aux Tuileries (travaux en cours d'exécution)'; (3-11) first floor plans; (12) sections of the 'Salle (dite) des Sept Cheminées', the 'Salon Carré' and the 'Grande Galerie'; (13) 'Façade de Pierre Lescot au Louvre à gauche du Pavillon de l'Horloge'. Scale: (1, 2) 1:400; (3-11) 1:50. Thirteen sheets, between 69 cm x 110 cm and 57 cm x 90 cm. Alterations to the Louvre were undertaken while Baron Haussmann was at the Seine département, 1853-1870: the drawings may date from that period.
