Sheet of two plans of places in Italy surveyed 1887. Together these form plate 19 of Album dei Porti del Regno; according to the FO 925 index, this was published by the Ministry of Public Works, Florence, 1891. (1) 'Porto di Cotrone': plan showing existing and new harbours, moles, soundings, roads, railway, buildings. Inset: sections of moles. Two copies; scale of sections: 1:500. Compass rose. The town was called Cotrone until 1928. (2) 'Porto de Gallipoli': Plan showing soundings, mole, proposed extensions, roads, buildings. Inset sections of existing mole and bridge. Two copies. Scale: sections 1:250. Compass rose. Dimensions: (1) 34 cm x 50 cm; (2) 32 cm x 50 cm.
