Together these form plate 18 of Album dei Porti del Regno; according to the FO 925 index, this was published by the Ministry of Public Works, Florence, 1891. (1) 'Porto di Gioia Tauro': showing soundings, fields, buildings, roads, railways. Compass rose. (2) 'Porto di Reggio Calabria': chart showing soundings, old and new harbours; buildings, roads, railway. Inset: section of new mole; scale of section: 1:625. Compass rose. Dimensions: (1) Irregular: at widest point 48 cm x 42 cm; (2) 47 cm x 36 cm.
