Spain, Portugal, parts of France and Gibraltar: 'A new Military Map of Spain and Portugal, Compiled from the Nautical Surveys of Don Vincent Tofiño, the New Provincial Maps of Don Thomas Lopez, The Large Map of the Pyrenees by Roussell, and various Original Documents'. Map showing rivers, mountains, cities, towns, villages. Reference table. Scale: 9 inches to 80 miles. Compass star. Republished by A Arrowsmith, London, Hydrographer to His Majesty. Another copy, in six sheets, is preserved as FO 925/4063B (21-26). With this copy is an index sheet published by Arrowsmith on 2 April 1820. The republication may have taken place at that time; the FO 925 index suggests 1815 as the date, but Arrowsmith did not become Hydrographer to His Majesty until 1820.
