Composed and Reduced chiefly from the Actual Surveys of Officers in the Royal Navies of Great Britain, France, Spain, Portugal, Naples and Austria ... by A.G. Findlay': (1) 'The coasts of France, Spain, Portugal'; (2) 'Central part of the Mediterranean, and the Adriatic Sea'; (3) 'Levantine or eastern portion to Syria, inclusive'. Insets: charts of principal harbours, bays, islands; views of coasts, harbours, lighthouses. Scale: 1 inch to 30 sea miles. Compass roses and indicators. Engraved by Alexander Findlay. Published by R H Laurie, 1 January 1866. Laurie died in 1858 and his business was taken over by Findlay.
