Inset coastal views. Scale: 4 inches to 1 sea mile. Notes on triangulation, abbreviations, magnetic variation. Compass rose. Surveyed in 1842, 1843 and 1845 by Lieutenant F M P da Silva, Lieutenant C M Batalha, and Lieutenant C F B de Vasconcellos. Drawn and engraved in the Hydrographic Depot, [Lisbon], 1857.
