'Carte demi-topo-graphique de la partie septentrionale du Landgraviat de Hesse-Cassel, avec une partie du Duché de Brunswick, de la Thuringe Dressée pour servir è l'Intelligence de la prochaine Campagne, et è celle de Mr. le Marechal Prince de Soubise l'an 1758. Par Mr. Carlet de la Rosiere, Capitaine de Dragons ... Assujettie ... par le Chevalier de Beaurain, Géographe Ordinaire du Roy ...'. Map showing fortified and walled towns, market towns, villages, convents, castles, boundaries, in northern Hessen, south-western Nordrhein-Westfalen, southern Niedersachsen and part of Thuringia. Title, scale and reference table in cartouche decorated with flowers, foliage and accoutrements of war. Dedicated to the King by [Jean de] Beaurain. Scale: 1 inch to 3 miles (4 cm to 1 German mile). 'A Paris chez le Chevalier de Beaurain', 1759.
