Italy: 'Carta Topografica del Ducato di Modena ...'. Map showing rivers, mountains, rocks, minerals, woods, railways, isolated houses, boundaries, in area between Spezia, Gonzago and Finale Emilia. With a key map. Reference table. Notes on political divisions. Nine sheets, between 48.5 cm x 81 cm; key map 49 cm x 75.5 cm. Survey on the scale of 1:28,800 made by 'Regio Duracle Corpo del Genio Militare Estense' on the order of Francesco IV, Archduke of Austria[-Este], Duke of Modena; subsequently reduced to scale 1:86,400 by the Militärisch-Geographisches Institut, Vienna. Published with new territorial boundaries, 1849.
